Welcome to the Web Site of Amity Reading Clubs. The site has been designed to tell you all about our organisation and how we provide literacy tuition to adults with special learning difficulties. It also tells you about the people who run it, what you can do to help and how to assist someone you know who needs our help. The site contains a wide range of resources for Volunteer Tutors together with links to many other organisations to help you find more material on the Web.
Finding Your Way RoundPerhaps the best place to start is the Background Page, which gives you lots of detail about the origins of our work and how it has developed over the past 25 years. If you know what you want, but are not sure where to find it, try the Search Page or Contents Page. Regular visitors should go the Latest News page for information on recent changes.
ShortcutsThe buttons at the top and left hand side of pages will help you navigate the site, but in addition, the following shortcuts may be useful:-
