Introduction

Amity's Volunteer Training Manual brings together all the training material developed and used by Amity Reading Clubs, and displayed on its Web Site.

This means that all this documentation is readily available to you as a single download rather than having to print off the material a page at a time.  Version 3 has now been released; if you have an earlier version, you will wish to have this update.

Check for the Latest Update

This file is regularly updated to incorporate new material on the site, so check your   version against that displayed on the site, and update if necessary.

The cost of a bound copy of the Volunteer Training Manual is £25.00, or alternatively, it is available in Floppy Disc version for £5.00

However it can also be downloaded free of charge, without any restrictions on its use, apart from acknowledging Amity Reading Clubs as its source.

Using the Manual

The download file is in Word 97 format.  Those using the manual electronically should be aware that it contains a number of internal page links which you can click on to take you directly to the page concerned; the same applies to the pages of contents, where a click on the page number will take you there immediately.
